​What happens during a Santa Visit? 

​You leave a present outside your house in a safe place so Santa can put it in his sack ready to give your child/children. If you're not comfortable leaving presents outside, Santa can leave the sack by the front door as he arrives, then goes to his chair, if you can come in with the sack and say "Silly Santa, you've left your sack behind!", it makes the children chuckle and keeps the magic alive.

Santa then goes in your house, sits on the sofa and has a chat with your child/children, asking them if they've been good, what sort of year they've had, this can also be tailored to include anything you'd like Santa to mention.

It is all dictated by the children, so no visit is ever the same. Some like to sing Christmas Carols, story time or just ask questions.

What if my child is scared of Santa? 

Santa is fully trained to adapt to every eventuality, in the event a child cries, or is too scared, Santa will pretend to not see the child and doze off on the sofa. It's recommended that a parent holds the child and says "Shall we wake up Santa?" Santa then slowly wakes up and gives his apologies for having a nap. Santa is fully autism trained.

Can we take photographs? 

Of course, and please feel free to tag Santa on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. 

Why don't you include a present? 

Each child is different, to make the experience more personalised, to have the parent supply the present/presents that can go in Santa's sack can have more meaning. This can also relate to food allergies. Santa would not want to disappoint by giving an inappropriate gift when he should know better. 

What areas does Santa visit?

Each evening before Christmas, Santa spends time in a certain area. So booking early is essential to secure Santa in your area.  He covers from Amble to Durham/Sunderland.

How many children can attend?

As many as you like within one household (4 children is probably the most within the time). The standard domestic visit is 15 mins long. For multiple households, nursery and all corporate enquiries, please call ​to discuss a booking. 

Can Santa appear at our wedding? 

Santa would love to attend your wedding. He attends during the speeches and causes some mayhem, joining in having fun with your guests before giving presents to the top table. Early booking is essential for this. 

Is Santa insured? 

Santa is fully insured as an Equity member.

Is Santa great with children? 

Shhh, here's the secret, Santa is the proud daddy of two sons and school governor. He also performs magic for children all over the UK at holiday parks and parties throughout the year.

Why do I have to pay in full before a visit?

Given the high demand of Santa and the limited time which he has in the diary, all visits need to be paid in full before they take place. Being an Equity member, you can be assured that you're dealing with a genuine professional performer. If you read through the reviews on Facebook, you'll find nothing but satisfied customers with very happy children. 

My child has additional needs?

If your child has SEN, Santa can tailor his visit to your home especially for your child. It helps to make the experience the best it can be, without putting your child under stress. Please mention when booking.

My house can be difficult to find, will that be a problem?

Santa likes to use an app called What3Words, which can be downloaded for free here what3words.com/products/what3words-app 
By suppling the three words to your front door, you can be assured that Santa will arrive on time.

Can Santa deal with sensitive situations?

Santa has had a lot of questions recently about departed siblings, pets and parents. He'll try his best to comfort and give hope for the future. He has completed a course supporting children who have suffered bereavement.  

I've messaged Santa to confirm the visit and he hasn't replied?

During the visit times, Santa is extremely busy. He will do his best to reply when he can. Please be assured, if you're booked in for a visit, he'll be there. In the very rare occasion that there might be a delay, he will be in contact. Rest assured he will make your visit happen. 

What does Santa need?

All he needs for the visit is a place to sit. To make the visit amazing, please can i ask that there is no loud music and that pets if possible can be kept away. In the event of bad weather, could the pathway to your house be free from ice. Thank you.


IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Santa is a real person. Sadly incidents where unwarranted touching has occurred. Any inappropriate behaviour towards Santa is not tolerated. In the event of this happening, the performance will instantly terminate with no refund and the authorities contacted. You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests at all times. Anyone who is intoxicated should not be in the area when Santa is performing. The performance provided is for families and if you wish for an adult entertainer, please look elsewhere.
